Disclaimer

The FDD Spot links to Franchise Disclosure Documents that franchisors have filed with state regulators, currently the Minnesota Department of Commerce. We do not host, edit or alter these documents, and we are not affiliated with any franchisor or government agency.

A state-filed copy may have been amended or replaced since it was filed. Federal law requires every franchisor to give you its current FDD at least 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or pay any money. Always rely on that copy.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. Have a qualified franchise attorney and accountant review any FDD and franchise agreement before you sign.
